We work on a basis of No Fix, No Fee. Once the problem is fixed a customer will not be eligible for the refund. If the problem is not fixed a full refund is processed instantly.
The customer is required to provide any one of the following information to prove a valid purchase
* The email address, full name, order number or license key as provided in the emailed receipt; or
* The email address, full name and last 4 digits of debit/credit card used at time of registration
* All refunds are processed to the same credit/debit card which was used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days. Refund to other credit/debit card may take a maximum of ten (10) business days.
